Funded by the European Commission and with over 600 partner organisations located in more than 60 countries, the EEN helps EU businesses innovate and grow on an international scale. It is the world’s largest support network for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with international ambitions. Focus of supports: international business cooperation, innovation, knowledge and technology transfer, and cooperation in EU-funded research programmes.
Since 2011, the EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation is EEN representative in Japan. To support EU SMEs committed to enter in or expand into Japan, the EU-Japan Centre will team up with organisations in your region that are local representative of Enterprise Europe Network, in order to provide free support to help your company internationalise toward Japan. Such organisations can be: chambers of commerce, regional development agencies, clusters...

Once identified, the EU-Japan Centre will introduce your company to this local support organisation in order to start the support process.
