Our Organic Chorizo has been elaborated without nitrates or any preservatives, in the traditional way. The BBD of this product is 1 year. The ingredients are: Meat, oregano, paprika, garlic and sea salt.

Our Organic Serrano Ham has a curation of minimum 18 months, without nitrites or any conservatives; just with sea salt. They are cured in traditional secaderos.

The breed of the animals are 50% Duroc, grown in our own farms without antibiotics. We have the Organic certified and the Serrano certified.
