Methymnaeos is producing wines made from the rare Chidiriotiko grape on the island of Lesvos. The Chidiriotiko is a variety grown in the island’s volcanic soil.
Methymnaeos wines come in three distinct expressions: white, orange and red, and they stand out by their unique character, boasting exceptional minerality, thanks to the volcanic terroir of Lesvos.
The company has a previous experience exporting to Japan and is now looking for new local partners.
The company is in the process of obtaining the JAS organic certification.
