By developing our open API platform that will standardize communication with various real estate systems (ACS, BMS), we have a vision to become a new connectivity standard for Real Estate, enabling further Proptech innovations and growth of Smart City solutions, especially in the space of ESG technologies. 

Zonifero is one of the most complete platforms on the market and we have significant traction in Poland where we serve the majority of active office CRE developers including Skanska, Echo Investment, Vastint, Yareal, Cavatina, WhiteStar and Atenor, we have also first implementations abroad and are in advanced conversations about further ones.
