Harvested by bees from trees and by us from the grids that are placed in the hives, it is mainly reddish-brown in colour, although in some areas it can be produced with an almost black colour. It is considered one of the most powerful natural antibiotics in existence.

Honey obtained at the end of the campaign mainly from oak and holm oak honeydew with a conductivity of more than 8, dense, sweet and dark.

Honey obtained mainly from the chestnut tree, with a pollen percentage of over 70%, fluid, semi-sweet appearance and medium colour.

Honey obtained in spring or at the beginning of the season from different flowers without having any predominant one, liquid appearance, not very sweet and light in colour.

Despite its sweetness, acacia honey has a very low sucrose content and a high fructose level, therefore it is the best choice for diabetics. Multiflower honey is used as a remedy to treat allergies since it contains pollens that act as antigens.

Lime blossom honey is applied in the treatment of acute and chronic diseases of the upper respiratory tract, the throat and the minuses, in throat infections and for bronchitis. Due to its high antibiotic activity, it is also applied in urinary tract diseases, rheumatism and neuroses.
