Quintine was a 38-year-old witch living in Ellezelles, village where the beer is brewed. In October 1610, she was burnt alive. In her books of spells, which has been passed along from generation to generation, we found her "magic" recipes. Today, we share them with you.

Taste:

A veiled blond ale, refreshing and very fruity with a pronounced hops character.  A dry and vivid finish. This beer was elected as "Best Bio Beer" in 2016.

Our Sarazen organic beer will seduce you with is beautiful golden colour and its subtle sweetness due to the influence of the buckwheat. This beer is flavourful, it has fruity aromas.

This heavily hopped beer has citrus, floral notes and a refreshing bitterness. It is brewed in accordance with the British brewing tradition, in high fermentation and unpasteurized.

Originally created for the Imperial Court of Russia in the 18th century, Imperial Stout is a beer with a dark color, brown head and smooth aromas of coffee and cocoa.
