El Vol De L’aliga White
EL VOL DE L’ALIGA WHITE is made as a single variety wine, from the most representative of the white vari¬eties in Priorat, white Grenache.
In this case when the alcoholic fermentation
(in stainless steel) is almost finished, part of the wine is racked into Amphora vessels for six months; that increases the complexity of the wine and creates a round texture, all that, together with the subtle aromas of the white Grenache, turn out a great wine.

Viticultors Del Priorat
Viticultors del Priorat was born in 1997, blending passion for wine and bond to the land.
Through our history, we have evolved and understood our natural environment and our own labour.
Since we bought the property, different projects have followed; and what originally was an attempt to make our activity sustainable, have finalized with the organic certification of all of our vineyards and wines in 2019.
To celebrate this achievement, we have increased our portfolio with new releases; all of them expect to be the reflect of the vineyard in which they are born and an evidence of the attention and care that we take in the winery.

Saial
Saial is the reference white wine from the winery. Made from White Grenache and Chardonnay from the best parcels of the winery and a small touch of Incrocio Manzoni. It is only produced if we can assure its quality or make the quantity we can assure the quality, so the production is quite limited (2018 vintage: 2.700 bottles, 2019 vintage: 5.100 bottles, 2020 vintage: 933).
After a first selection of the vines, the grapes undergo a second manual selection on the table, where the fruit is separated from the rape. The grapes go into pneumatic press, where they are pressed at low pressure. The must is cold-sedimented in stainless steel tanks for 24 hours. One part is fermented in stainless steel tanks and the other in 500L French oak barrels, separated into lots until the coupage. Batonnage at that time and 5 months aging with the skins.
The result is a great aromatic wine, with complex aromas, combining the fruit aromas with vanilla notes and a subtle touch of wood.

Pla de Morei
The Bartrolí Sangüesa family decided to recover the family winegrowing tradition in 1997 after the almost disappearance of the vines in the Anoia region due to the Civil War that caused a strong industrialization of the area. It was not until 2017 that the family decided to start its own project based in four main bases: 100% organic (since 1997), estate bottled, high quality (only the highest quality vineyards are selected to produce our wines and wines are only made if the grape quality is good enough), and minimum intervention (to reflect as much as possible its identity).

Mirador
Mirador is the reference red wine from the winery. Made from Merlo and Ull de llebre (Spanish tempranillo) from the best parcels of the winery. Is it only produced if we can assure its quality or we make the quantity we can assure the quality, so the production is quite limited (2018 vintage: 3.860 bottles, 2019 vintage: 2.933 bottles, 2020 vintage: no production).
After a first selection of the vines, the grapes undergo a second manual selection on the table, where the fruit is separated from the rape. The grapes go into stainless steel tanks where the alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature (20-22ºC), with two movements a day. Maceration for 3 weeks and extraction by pipeage. Aging in stain-less steel and new 500l French oak barrels for 8 months. The coupage is performed after the aging.  
The result is a seductive, expressive and fruity wine in the nose, with red and black fruit, floral notes and a touch of vanilla. In the mouth is long and powerful but with very soft, well integrated tannins.

Fresh young wine of brilliant garnet colour.  Intense aromas of red fruit, currant and cherry with floral notes of violets and roses.  On the palate it is soft, silky with a slight sweetness and a long aftertaste. It is a very versatile wine that can be drunk at any occasion.
Alcohol: 13.5%. Production: 10.000 bottles.

Azienda Agricola La Quercia Scarlatta
La Quercia Scarlatta is a family-run farm specialized in organic products such as wines, EVO oil and cosmetics. The Italian company is located in the hills of Marche region at ten Kilometres from the sea, in an area that seems suited to organic production thanks to the particular characteristics of soil and climate. The company has developed its activity on the concept “from farm to market” making high-quality products directly managing the entire production and transformation chain that goes from the land to the final client. The vineyards are organically managed and produce white, red and straw wines, enhancing a rare and very ancient grape variety (Maceratino Ribona) of this area. The organic extra-virgin olive oil called “Il Nostro oro” (Our Gold) comes from olives organically grown in the farm, harvested by hand, collected in small crates and processed immediately. The eco bio cosmetics certified complete the line of products made by organic raw materials and composed with the help of bio cosmetics experts.

Typical grapes varieties from our own old vineyards (+40 years old), situated in the mountains (+750 m above the sea level). Grapes hand harvested in the perfect moment of ripeness. We only use our own indigenous yeast. No herbicides neither pesticides are used. The grapes are fermented and aged in French oak barrels (225 l). Personal & elegant wine with great potential of aging. Numerous awards and great scores both national & international. Less than 4,500 bottles are produced of this wine.
