This eu-japan-brt.eu website is managed by the EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation ("We"). This privacy policy explains how we use any personal information we collect about you when you use this website. We have two offices – in Japan and in Belgium – your personal information may be shared between our offices.

If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will be up front about this. We will make it clear when we collect personal information and will explain what we intend to do with it. We collect personal information about you when you voluntarily complete a web-form to register for a place at a BRT meeting or to provide feedback or ask a question.

You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information please email us. We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up-to-date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is accurate or do not want us to retain. If you agree, we will try to deal with your request informally, for example by providing you with the specific information you need over the telephone.
Please inform us if you think that our collection or use of information is unfair, misleading or inappropriate. We would also welcome any suggestions for improving our procedures.
