BdeGust is our first and award-winning beer.
It is an organic lager, made with barley and extra hops, as we want the consumer to enjoy our own grown hops.
It is produced with toasted barley malt as well, so it has more flavours and body than common lagers. BdeGust is greatly appreciated among Michelin starred chefs as it offers a strong personality, whilst being a beer that is light and fresh and its bitterness cleans up very quickly, allowing to combine it with any kind of dish to be served as its bitterness does not remain for long once enjoyed.

BdeBeer is our Weissbier with wildflowers, handpicked from our forest.
All the ingredients used for BdeBeeer are certified organic (please note that in this case, the hops are in “organic conversion”. Hops will be considered 100% organic by the end of July 2021.).
BdeBeer gives visibility and support to our wild bee conservation project, which we carry out in our hops field, in collaboration with the European Association of Wild Bees.
It is a very light and fresh beer, in which the flowers add some fruity and spicy aromas (such as peach and curry) and the wheat creates the bread-y taste.
We elaborate BdeBeer without gluten, so it is also suitable for celiacs.

This fruity, mild, and very aromatic gin is produced from oranges, grapefruit, sea buckthorn and juniper. This gin receives its natural fruity aroma and taste from fresh oranges and grapefruits, which are produced on an organic farm in Mallorca, Spain. These fresh fruits arrive to the Berlin Distillery, where fresh zests are peeled from the fruit and put directly into the still for distillation. In addition, juniper from the Balkan region and organic sea buckthorn from the Berlin area are used for this unique gin. The botanicals are each distilled separately in a 40 litre still in the Berlin Distillery and then blended into a dry gin. No additives, artificial or natural aromas, sugar, colouring nor concentrates are used for this gin.
The Sundown Gin can be drunk pure – straight or on ice. Berlin Distillery fans like the Sundown Gin as an afterwork gin, enjoyed when coming home and before dinner. In addition, it is often served to friends during a dinner, a party, or a gathering on the weekend. Bartenders like this gin to be served with a dry tonic and some orange or grapefruit peel as garnish. The Sundown Gin also works very well with prosecco as well as with a still or sparkling sake.
The Sundown Gin is presented in a very aesthetic bottle. The inside of the back label, with an illustration of a sunset above the city of Berlin, can be seen through the bottle. Every bottle is numbered by hand, as proof of the small-scale production and manual work invested in this gin.
The most popular gin of the Berlin Distillery is the Sundown Gin. The Berlin Night Gin is very well suited for the evening and night consumption. In addition, the distillery produces the Urban Garden Gin (sea wormwood, lavender, juniper and lemon), the BBQ Dry Gin (smoke juniper, pepper, dried tomato), the Asparagus Gin, a Baked Apple Gin and a cask-aged reserve gin.
