Lacrima Baccus
The Lacrima Baccus brand was recognized in 1960 for its television commercials and high demand
But it all begins with the history of the Cavas Lavernoya which was founded in 1890 by the Raventos Poch family, which gave it honor to its name by the Anoya River and its tributary Laverno LAVERNOYA
Thus, they planted their vines with the varieties Xarello and Macabeo with American vine species to prevent phylloxera from affecting their development. Shortly after the first appearances of brand recognition, It was the crisis of 1973 which affected the sale of the property and the brand to another company of large winemakers, which unfortunately caused the brand to decay almost in a dive, until in July 1998 two families decided to bet on it and give it international recognition thus opening between the markets of the USA, Japan, Australia and most European countries.

BdeGust
BdeGust is our first and award-winning beer.
It is an organic lager, made with barley and extra hops, as we want the consumer to enjoy our own grown hops.
It is produced with toasted barley malt as well, so it has more flavours and body than common lagers. BdeGust is greatly appreciated among Michelin starred chefs as it offers a strong personality, whilst being a beer that is light and fresh and its bitterness cleans up very quickly, allowing to combine it with any kind of dish to be served as its bitterness does not remain for long once enjoyed.

BdeBeer
BdeBeer is our Weissbier with wildflowers, handpicked from our forest.
All the ingredients used for BdeBeeer are certified organic (please note that in this case, the hops are in “organic conversion”. Hops will be considered 100% organic by the end of July 2021.).
BdeBeer gives visibility and support to our wild bee conservation project, which we carry out in our hops field, in collaboration with the European Association of Wild Bees.
It is a very light and fresh beer, in which the flowers add some fruity and spicy aromas (such as peach and curry) and the wheat creates the bread-y taste.
We elaborate BdeBeer without gluten, so it is also suitable for celiacs.

Sundown Gin
This fruity, mild, and very aromatic gin is produced from oranges, grapefruit, sea buckthorn and juniper. This gin receives its natural fruity aroma and taste from fresh oranges and grapefruits, which are produced on an organic farm in Mallorca, Spain. These fresh fruits arrive to the Berlin Distillery, where fresh zests are peeled from the fruit and put directly into the still for distillation. In addition, juniper from the Balkan region and organic sea buckthorn from the Berlin area are used for this unique gin. The botanicals are each distilled separately in a 40 litre still in the Berlin Distillery and then blended into a dry gin. No additives, artificial or natural aromas, sugar, colouring nor concentrates are used for this gin.

The Sundown Gin can be drunk pure – straight or on ice. Berlin Distillery fans like the Sundown Gin as an afterwork gin, enjoyed when coming home and before dinner. In addition, it is often served to friends during a dinner, a party, or a gathering on the weekend. Bartenders like this gin to be served with a dry tonic and some orange or grapefruit peel as garnish. The Sundown Gin also works very well with prosecco as well as with a still or sparkling sake.

The Sundown Gin is presented in a very aesthetic bottle. The inside of the back label, with an illustration of a sunset above the city of Berlin, can be seen through the bottle. Every bottle is numbered by hand, as proof of the small-scale production and manual work invested in this gin.

The most popular gin of the Berlin Distillery is the Sundown Gin. The Berlin Night Gin is very well suited for the evening and night consumption. In addition, the distillery produces the Urban Garden Gin (sea wormwood, lavender, juniper and lemon), the BBQ Dry Gin (smoke juniper, pepper, dried tomato), the Asparagus Gin, a Baked Apple Gin and a cask-aged reserve gin.

Eudald Massana Noya Winery
The Eudald Massana Noya winery is the result of 9 generations of the Massana family’s history, dedicated to viticulture, on a property of 30 hectares of vineyards located in the heart of the Penedés, in Sant Pau d’Ordal (Subirats). The different types of soils on the estate make it an ideal area for elaborating high quality wines and cavas. From our very beginnings, we positioned ourselves for ecological and biodynamic farming, turning these two types of farming into a work philosophy. We use only grapes cultivated on our estate in order to elaborate our wines and cavas. We grow 12 different varieties: 6 whites and 6 reds.
