Get ready for japan

Update March 2026

Our long-standing Get Ready for Japan training programme will from now on be synchronised with the EU-Japan Centre’s business missions as a two-day tailored course module.

Since 1987, the 'Get Ready for Japan' programme (previously called the 'Human Resources Training Programme') has given European companies the knowledge and tools to succeed in Japan. Committed to continuously improving and staying up to date with the latest business trends in Japan, the programme is designed to equip EU business people with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in this exciting market.

Here are success stories and case studies from former GRFJ participants and other programmes of the Centre.
