Call for proposal to outsource a Study and Visual Presentation (slide show with sound track / computer graphic animations / video) on the “Economic Prospects for Japan in 2025 and business opportunities for EU companies”
Preliminary remarks:
(1) The "Centre" refers to the EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation, Brussels, Belgium;
(2) The "Consultant" refers to the external organization - legally independent from the EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation - whose services are requested by the EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation under the framework of this call for proposal;
(3) The “Outsourced Project” refers to the Study and Presentation (Diaporama sonorisé / animation infographique / video) on the “Economic Prospects for Japan in 2025 and business opportunities for EU companies”;
A) Submission of proposals
Interested parties are required to submit a written proposal to the Call for proposal to outsource a Study and Presentation (Diaporama sonorisé / animation infographique / video) on the “Economic Prospects for Japan in 2025 and business opportunities for EU companies”
To be valid, all written proposals must arrive at the Centre by e-mail, or post no later than Thursday, 10 February, 2016 17h30, Brussels local time.
B) Objective and expected approach
The Outsourced Project is intended to support and complement the information service provided by the Centre through visual means such as the website, video presentations etc.).
C) Description of tasks and expected deliverables
The Outsourced Project is expected to produce 2 main deliverables:
The available budget under this call is a maximum equivalent of 20,000 EUR.
Deadline: the delivery date for this project is 28 March 2016.
E) Award criteria
The contract will be awarded on the basis of the following criteria to determine the best value for money:
- Quality of the proposal: validity of the solution proposed (25%)
- Quality of the team in charge of the project (25%)
- Price (50%)
F) Payment terms
Payment will be based on the Consultant’s ability to successfully meet the needs and expectations of the Centre in the framework of this call for proposal, particularly on the execution of the deliverables as listed in paragraph “C) Description of tasks and expected deliverables”.
Payment will be done in the following way:
- 30% at the signature of the contract with the Consultant.
- 70% after the successful completion of all deliverables.
