Greater Tokyo Biocommunity
Greater Tokyo Biocommunity (GTB) has been certified by the Japanese government as a global biocommunity. The GTB promotes the formation of a global biocommunity hub in the Tokyo area with the participation of 45 organizations including local governments, universities, research institutes, bio-related organizations, industry support organizations, as well as financial and investment institutions.
Japan Bioeconomy Strategy
Japanese government developed “Japan Bioeconomy Strategy” to achieve the world’s most advanced bioeconomy society in Japan by 2030. The strategy especially promotes industry linkage, biomaterial, sustainable primary production, and health care.
