The truth is, taking part in the Vulcanus in Japan program has allowed me to spend a year during which every second was a mental, social and cultural stimulation. I was invited with open arms into a world of kindness and respect, home to the brilliant teachers who made my life in Japan so meaningful, and to my great mentors at work who directly influenced my technical thought-process. Indeed, working at Fujitsu Labs Ltd. has led me to continuously push the boundaries of my research towards innovation and develop an aptness to change my perspective like nowhere else.
